EXPERIENCE
Arron Ball has been employed as part of various estimating departments for 21 years, and held a number of roles within established organisations of varying size.
Most recently, he occupied the position of Bid Manager for four years with a national building contractor, after joining them as a Senior Estimator.
He assisted in stablising the pre-construction process and made a substantial contribution in increasing the turnover of the organisation, whilst improving the estimating department members to meet the demands.
