CES estimates the potential demand placed on it would steadily increase, with particular emphasis on smaller contractors, as relationships were developed and confidence built.

As knowledge improved in the way individual companies operated, estimating practices would become easier to manage and tenders could be streamlined as company pricing and supply chain criteria was understood, and thus incorporated into pricing mechanisms.  

Pricing 'composite item' databases, specifically designed to meet the requirements of each client would assist in meeting the demand for repetitive tendering and thus simplify and rationalise estimating resources.
